Dr. Jane De Grasse
Dr. Jane De Grasse has been an eye care provider for over 17 years. She is a Yankee by birth – but a Texan by choice! Dr. De Grasse graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maine. She attended the New England College of Optometry where she received her Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree. She has practiced in North Texas for 12 years.
Dr. Jennifer Ratliff
Dr. Jennifer Ratliff is right from your own backyard, having grown up in Benbrook, TX and graduated from Western Hills High School. After graduating from The University of Texas at Arlington, she attended Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN where she received her Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree. She looks forward to providing your family’s eye care for years to come.
Dr. Kendra DeBerry
Dr. Kendra DeBerry is from Abilene, Texas. She graduated from McMurry University and then earned her Doctor of Optometry Degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia, PA. Before joining De Grasse & Ratliff Eye Center, Dr. DeBerry practiced at Eagle Mountain Family Eye Care for 12 years. She enjoys Pediatric Optometry and is certified in the treatment and management of all ocular disease including Glaucoma, Dry Eye Syndrome and Macular Degeneration.
Dr. Chad Carter
Dr. Chad Carter is a Therapeutic Optometrist, Glaucoma Specialist, originally from Arkansas. He earned his doctorate at the Southern College of Optometry. He enjoys seeing patients of all ages and specializes in contact lenses & diabetic patients. Dr. Carter previously practiced at Fossil Creek Vision Clinic for the last ten years.
In his free time, Dr Carter enjoys spending time with his family & playing basketball and softball.
Jennifer Clarke – Office Manager
Jennifer has been with Dr. De Grasse and Associates since it’s inception in 2001. She has over 20 years of experience in the optometric field. She enjoys spending time with her family and traveling to warm countries.
Veronica Tovar – Lead Optometric Technician
Veronica has been with Dr. De Grasse and Associates for 12 years. She has served our practice in many different roles, but now enjoys assisting our patients and doctors in our optometric care. She enjoys Cross Fit and spending time with her husband and three children.
Mandy Rogers-Gay – Lead Optician
Mandy is an ABO certified optician with 11 years of experience. She joined Dr. De Grasse and Associates in December 2012. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children. Let Mandy help you pick out that perfect pair of glasses!
Tashia Baldree – Front Desk/Insurance
Tashia has been in the Optometry field for 15 years. She has worked with patients in various roles-assisting the doctors, front desk and insurance. Tashia keeps busy with her two sons, Holden and Hudson, and her husband Tony. In her free time, she loves to shop and enjoys home improvement.
Rachel Briscoe – Front Desk
Rachel has been in the medical field since 2011 and has been with our office since 2019. She is the first face you see and will greet you with a friendly ‘Hello” before anyone else. Rachel loves her family time, is married, has a son Devon & a Husky named Luna.
Niki Ray – Optician
Niki has over 10 years of optical & lab experience. She spends her free time with her daughter and husband. She enjoys fun with friends and crafting. Niki is great with matching your personality to your perfect pair of glasses.
Rossy Alonso – Billing
Rossy has been with De Grasse & Ratliff Eye Center since 2019. She is a recent transplant from California but loves her new home in Texas. She is happily married to Kevin and has two Boxer fur babies.
Kayla Stewart – Optometric Technician
Kayla has been with the office for a several years as a technician. She is married to Terry & loves spoiling her grandchildren. Her hobbies include gardening, outdoors & family time. You will find Kayla in the back office assisting both patients & doctors.
Alexandra Steadman – Optometric Technician
Alexandra is our newest staff member but she doesn’t lack experience. She worked with Dr. DeBerry at her previous office for several years as her technician. Alexandra is in the process of building her first home and loves travel.
